Investigating the Factors Affecting the Success of Strategic Planning in Qazvin Municipality

Abstract
Considering the increasing importance of strategic planning and continuous efforts of organizations to succeed in its development and implementation, as well as the importance of the automotive industry in Iran, in this study, efforts have been made to determine the factors affecting the success of strategic planning in Identify Qazvin Municipality to be used in order to succeed in this important process. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection and processing. Its purpose is to identify the factors affecting the success of strategic planning in Qazvin Municipality so that the managers of Qazvin Municipality can develop appropriate strategies according to these identified factors. Design, formulate and execute strategic planning properly. In this study, the relationship between eight major factors with the success of strategic planning in Qazvin Municipality has been investigated and finally the awareness of senior managers of the knowledge and importance of strategic planning has been identified as the most effective factor.
