This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of the implementation of strategic plans in the municipality of Qazvin province. This research is of survey and applied type. The data collection tool is a questionnaire; And the method of collecting information is field. The statistical population in this study is all managers. Deputies. Qazvin Municipality experts are of different categories. Morgan table is used for sampling. The total statistical population is 110 people; And 86 people are selected as a sample.
