Adaptation of urban parks in order to meet the needs Disabled groups in society

Abstract
Today, urban parks are of special importance because natural resources and green space have declined due to economic development and urbanization and have caused psychological and social problems in modern cities; In the meantime, the need to pay attention to the presence of the disabled (disabled, elderly, children) in the design and public spaces, especially urban parks, in accordance with the standards is raised. Due to the large number of disabled groups in all societies, especially in Iran, due to the imposed war, the designed spaces require adaptation for everyone. The first step in adapting the designed spaces is to identify the characteristics and needs of these people, and the next step is to evaluate the designed spaces and make the necessary plans. The needs and wants of disabled people include two components: physical-physical and psychological. To meet these needs, elements including four components of functional, behavioral, environmental and sensory are needed. In order to collect information in line with the purpose of the research, the qualitative research method was used and also other research data that are the needs of the disabled were collected through open interviews with ten disabled and disabled people in Qazvin. From the analysis by the method of theory derived from data, it was found that functional and environmental components have been more considered by individuals. Examining the data obtained from the interview and content analysis, we conclude that the needs of low-income groups should be considered because it leads to increased life expectancy and vitality of these people due to the use of their abilities. And increase presence in society. It also allows these people to be free from isolation and sitting at home and to be as active as other segments of society. If left unchecked, it can have many consequences in society.
