Presenting a simulation model of fire stations to optimize operations resources(Case study of Qazvin Fire Department)

Abstract
Fire stations, as a place to place and wait for fire trucks and relief vehicles, are among the important and vital service centers in cities that play an important role in ensuring the safety and comfort of citizens and economic development of cities. Without facing the obstacles and limitations of the urban environment on the one hand and by creating the least negative effects on the lives of the city's residents on the other hand, they reach the scene of the accident and take measures to extinguish the fire or rescue. According to the standard time-temperature curve in the event of a fire, if the fire fails to be present at the scene in the first 5 minutes and the fire is extinguished, the fire will get out of control and will have dire consequences. Accordingly, a time interval of 2 to 5 minutes for fire rescue operations (the time between the start of the fire and the start of the firefighting operation) is an important and desirable factor to prevent adverse consequences. The purpose of this study is to use operational resources on how to use the equipment inside the fire station and minimize the time to reach the scene of the accident by managing people's referral calls to the fire department. As far as possible, the referral calls to the nearest fire station did not go unanswered due to the sensitivity and necessity of providing services.
