Organizations in the 21st century face more problems than ever before. Increasing organizational activities has deprived organizations of the possibility of applying traditional and slow bureaucracies. In fact, in the present era, bureaucracies can be called the bottleneck of the organization. An organization that, while having high quality, must also provide services very quickly. The issue of office automation is a topic that has been created in this direction. Office automation, especially in public and government organizations that have more workload, can be a good solution to slow work. This study is about examining the obstacles to implementation. Office automation was done in Qazvin Municipality. This research is of survey and applied type. The method of data collection is field. And the data collection tool is a questionnaire. In this study, MADM methods were used to rank the barriers to the implementation of office automation. And each of the indicators was ranked according to importance.
