Investigating the effect of committed leadership on organizational citizen behavior (Case study of Qazvin Municipality)

Abstract
One of the basic concepts in the management of society, which is always in line with social change, is leadership. Since the foundation of order and management of any society and organization is based on leadership, without leadership and management, it will not be possible to achieve social goals and their desired. Leadership is an objective and external reality that depends not only on the progress of organizations, but also on the transcendence of individuals and communities, and for this reason, the issue of leadership has always been considered by individuals and groups and has been valued and valued for various reasons. Some have sought to find strong and vigilant leadership in order to free themselves from oppression, others in order to achieve their wrong intentions, and still others in order to increase their interests and make more use of the available facilities, and so on. This study was conducted to investigate the impact of committed leadership on organizational citizen behavior in Qazvin Municipality. This research is of survey type. The data collection tool was a questionnaire from 62 managers and official experts of Qazvin Municipality. The method of data collection is field. In this study, indicators were first identified. And research hypotheses were developed based on these indicators. Finally, all statistical hypotheses were proved using statistical techniques.
