Abstract
Job analysis should be done to limit the dimensions of important competencies, characteristics and criteria of successful job performance and with the aim of identifying the factors that should be considered. The type and scope of job analysis depends on the purpose of the evaluation, the complexity of the job, sufficient and appropriate familiarity with the job, and the similarity of the job being evaluated with the jobs that have already been studied. Dimensions should also be determined by analyzing the organization's vision, values, strategies, or goals. Job analysis means identifying the components of a job, which includes a description of the duties, responsibilities, characteristics and features necessary to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities, as well as examining the conditions in which the job is performed. In other words, standard job analysis is the study of a job in order to determine the nature of activities and determine the conditions for obtaining that job in terms of knowledge, talent, skills and behavioral and personality characteristics. This research was conducted on the barriers to standardization and recruitment and holding of jobs in the municipality of Qazvin province. This research is of survey and applied type. The method of data collection is field. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. In this study, indicators were first identified. And the research hypotheses were designed based on these indicators. Finally, using statistical techniques, all the hypotheses were proved.
