Investigating the role of NGOs in promoting efficiency and culture Environment in Qazvin province

environmental protection and sustainable development, the present study deals with the role and efficiency of cements in promoting environmental culture in Qazvin province using a questionnaire. Its statistical population consisted of all 135 active members of active cements in the field of environmental protection, which was calculated using Cochran's formula of 100 people and selected and analyzed by multi-stage cluster sampling. Out of 100 distributed questionnaires, 91 completed questionnaires were collected and analyzed by one-sample t-test and Spearman correlation coefficient. The validity of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaire was 0.87. For. Environmental culture was calculated to be 0.89 and environmental protection efficiency was equal to 0.82.Sample analysis showed that 53.8% of them were male and 46.2% were female. 51.6% were between 20-29 years old, 38.5% were between 30-39 years old, 7.7% were between 40-49 years old, and 2.2% were over 50 years old. 49.5% were single and 50.5% were married. Also in terms of education, 7.7% had undergraduate, 9.9% diploma and postgraduate, 14.3% had a bachelor's degree, 58.2% had a master's degree and 9.9% had a doctorate.
The results showed that NGOs in Qazvin province have a key role in raising environmental culture (p≤0.001) and environmental protection efficiency (p≤0.001). Also, the study of the correlation coefficients between the relationship between gender and education of the respondents to the questionnaire with the level of culture and the efficiency of environmental protection showed that between gender and environmental culture and the efficiency of environmental protection (p≤0 / 001). There is no significant relationship between education and the efficiency of environmental protection (p≤0.001), but between education and environmental culture of NGOs in Qazvin province (p> 0.05).
