Abstract
Inadequate distribution of services has led to the formation of social problems in communities and the cause of inequality and injustice in cities. In this study the distribution of urban services (educational, medical, cultural and green space) has been investigated during 65 years (three time periods, 30 s, 60 s and 90 s) in Qazvin, using methods of spatial analysis tools. The results show that the spatial distribution pattern of all surveyed services except educational services is cluster and their distribution is random. There was a positive correlation between the variables of population size and density of urban services in the regions; But its intensity is weak, which means not paying much attention to the population factor and as a result ignoring the needs of citizens in locating and locating urban services. Also, Shannon entropy coefficient for the distribution of urban services in the three periods of 1330, 1360 and 1395 was calculated, which indicates that each period shows a more favorable situation than the previous period and indicates that the distribution of services in Qazvin during these years It has found a more favorable situation. According to the results of the network analysis model and the nearest neighborhood, as well as the Moran method, it can be said that the greater the distance from the central core of Qazvin, the less access to the city services. In fact, the central areas of the city have more facilities, and by moving away from the city center, their amount decreases and sometimes reaches zero.
