Abstract
In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the issue of how much importance has been given to the processing of concrete in the projects being implemented in the city of Qazvin, and whether the supervising engineers have also examined this issue and paid attention to it in their visits. During the visits carried out by the experts of the construction supervision department and the supervising engineers of Qazvin municipality's urban planning and architecture department in a period of one year, preliminary evaluations indicate that very little attention has been paid to the processing of concrete in the projects. and few buildings deal with it after concreting, Therefore, according to the fact that in many books, the correct design and implementation of concrete buildings have been discussed and depending on the type of concrete used, how much water should be given to the concrete and for how long, but the findings indicate that it has been neglected. It is the delay of concrete processing, and as a result, if measures are not taken to check whether concrete processing has been done in the project or not, it will cause the loss of important time, which is 2 days to one week in most concretes and if this task is not realized, it will cause the lack of strength predicted in the designs, and this task will appear as a weak point of buildings during an earthquake and it will clearly show itself that in appearance concrete has the initial strength, but the so-called hollow and it will show itself with the stresses caused by the earthquake and the loads that are suddenly applied to the structure and cause sudden destruction and collapse of the buildings. whether the concrete processing has been done in different stages or not? oblige the project owner and executor to do it and remind the importance of concrete processing and be effective in reducing damages and casualties and build stronger structures.
