Abstract
Today, with the expansion of urbanization, the industrialization of societies, the increase in the density of cities and sources of smoke, air pollution has become one of the main problems in Iran's metropolises, especially in the capital. The most important problems that occur due to air pollution can be pointed out the increase of diseases, breathing and lung problems, the aging of the facade of buildings, the darkening of the color and shortening of their life, and damages. Loads of acid rain. In this research, will be discussed about of increasing the efficiency of double-skin façade against air pollution in order to increase the air quality level in the micro climate of Tehran. The research method of the study is simulation and experiment, that it has been tried to use the approach of computational fluid dynamics by measuring the pressure and air velocity to find the appropriate placement of the windows in the double-skine facade for the proper circulation of the air flow. For this purpose, several examples of double-skin facades will be analyzed and finally a double-skin facade with optimal ventilation will be simulated, which is recommended in polluted cities from double-skin facades with optimal ventilation It should be used based on the simulation results. Based on the results of the simulation and the findings of the research, every part of the building where the air pressure is high and the air speed is zero, there should be an opening or a window for the air to enter the building, and every part of the building, negative pressure and If the air speed is high, the air outlet should be placed in the direction of the air exit so that the air can be discharged from there and taken out in the form of suction. With the increase in air circulation, the concentration of air pollutants will decrease and the ambient air quality will increase.
